What I can return and when?

(a) You receive a faulty or defective product
(b) You receive a product that is different from what you ordered
(c) You receive a product that looks different from how it appeared on the product page

Conditions for returning products

1. The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills, tags, labels, etc.

2. Products must be in their original form and unsoiled.

3. Brand packaging should be intact.

4. Replacement of a product will be subject to the availability of the product on the website at that time.

5. Misusing e-commerce return policy is a legal offence. If the returned product does not comply with the aforementioned policies, the product shall be shipped back to the customer at the shipping expense of the customer. 

6.  Once the replacement has been processed no alteration in the order is allowed
